Throughout my life, I’ve always been absolutely repulsed any time I heard people talk about hard work and working hard. Ew. So fucking gross. So fucked. I didn’t know why either. It didn’t feel right to me or sit well with me at all though. Obviously, I didn’t know why as a teenager or in my 20’s, but I know why now. I still feel that way to this day, and I stand by it.

That is the path I also started to take (not long enough ago) but I can confirm the only thing that works, is what works for you.
It starts with a reminder that we don't have to prove our existence! We exist and that is enough. Now, our job is to enjoy it!
